Neerja, the instructor, made this class enjoyable, interesting, relevant and very worthwhile. It is the best corporate class I’ve taken, due to the relevance to my life and her teaching ability.
Neerja, is one the best instructors I have ever had. I cannot see anybody else giving the course. I liked her enthusiasm and commitment. I had a sinus headache during the entire second day of the course and due to her energy in teaching, was still able to remain focused and learn.
Neerja was excellent. She is a very talented speaker/coach/leader. She kept everyone attentive the whole two days. The class also helped me focus on improving my personal life, which will help me professionally. Best class I have taken! Everyone can learn something from her.
This course exceeded my expectations in every way, I think in large part because of the instructor (Neerja Bhatia). She brought incredible energy to the class and was able to weave in her stories and her responses to participants’ question to make the material stronger. I walked out of the class yesterday feeling more spiritual than I have ever before and I can honestly say that I have never learned more in two days than I have in that class. The Circle of trust exercise was astounding and I think that every organization should do this as a team building event. The instructor was more than an instructor, she is a true teacher. She knew the material, was passionate about the subject, she taught from her heart, and she drew everyone into the sessions.
This was the best training class I have taken. I would just like to say I went into this course with no expectations and I was blown away by how affective this course and the instructor were. A very very helpful and productive 2 days.
The subject matter is not easy and so it is difficult to learn and understand all of it in two days and in that sense it is not like any other business course, however, it is nevertheless the most excellent course I have experienced in a long time and will definitely have positive repercussions on my life, work and dealings with others. Its impact is therefore harder to explain but more significant.
